Parthenia Dupree is from Harlem, N.Y. She's a social work senior. She says: "Fashion is a statment of ones personality and individuality or just the way one feels when they get up in the morning. I wanted to wear something that was comfortable, matched, looked good, and made someone else take notice. The highlight is of my outfit is the jeans. They were spay painted by a friend of mine. The slits on the knees were a result of the forces of nature, but they look good."
